important note: your phone must be rooted.
So, actually zip archive is flashable but not working on Samsung Galaxy Young.
solution: just extract zip archive and go to folder /system/app/ copy file phonesky.apk(Play Store) and put into internal storage /system/app and set permissions "rw-r-r" or.. 
Alternative easily method install from Play Store Market awesome "System app installer" run app and navigate tophonesky.apk and install.
